We entered the store to browse for a sofa, not in any rush, but hoping to find the right fit. A slim lady with spectacles approached us, initially "friendly" and knowledgeable. The quality of the sofa we liked was great, but when we expressed uncertainty about the measurements and asked for her name card so we could look for her the next day after confirming, her entire demeanour changed and she said, "No, for what?" Instead of understanding our need for accuracy, she became hostile, rude, and pushy. She even claimed the sofa would sell out by the next day and had the nerve to say, "Sorry for your loss." Her unprofessional behavior made us uncomfortable, and we lost all interest in coming back. It's a shame that her attitude ruined what could have been a positive experience.
