Very poor customer service. Miao, the cashier dealing with us, instructed her colleague not to give us the fresh pieces. Probably racist. Urge the brand to seriously look into staff behaviors.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service my husband and I received at your IMM outlet, specifically from a staff member named Ms. Suzanne. During a simple inquiry, my husband asked for clarification as he had difficulty understanding her pronunciation of the word “20 May.” Instead of responding professionally, Ms. Suzanne displayed unprofessional and disrespectful behavior—rolling her eyes at him behind his back and exchanging a knowing smile with her colleague. This reaction was both rude and completely uncalled for. What’s more troubling is that her attitude only shifted after she realized I had witnessed the exchange and was related to the person she had just disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. Customers should never be made to feel judged or mocked for simply seeking clarification regarding her pronunciation. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to uphold the professionalism and courtesy expected from your staff. We are customers, not clowns, and we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy.

Normally, we'd just walk past, but today we felt compelled to check them out. We had already done our shopping, but what the heck. And we were lucky. My wife found two dresses at $59 each, which she had once passed over at the Clementi outlet – they were $125 then. I found some size 38 dress pants with a very decent design, but I felt I had enough pants for CNY 2022.

The SA was friendly and polite. We were unsure of the sizing, but the SA guided us promptly. We were so fickle-minded about the colors, and the SA still patiently serviced us. We bought a $29 long formal top and $49 formal pants. The varieties and qualities here offer a wide selection, especially if you're looking for office clothing or a formal outfit. Definitely recommend! 5⭐️

Lots of discounted clothing from G2000 brand, but limited sizes, as most of them are off-season designs and I think they're no longer in production.

An outlet shop for office wear. I always go to G2000 shops for my long pants. Slim fit gives me a nice silhouette, and the fabric they use is usually decent quality. Store staff are helpful.

Bought a black blazer at $79. Definitely a good deal, but limited sizes were available. I was thankful to get the last black one in my size! Kudos to Suzanah for the great service! She explained to me how to care for my jacket and even went to unstitch the pockets and pocket square so that I could use them. Thank you so much, Suzanah!

Visited the G2000 outlet at IMM this evening. Sales assistant Ms. Suzainah provided one of the best customer service experiences. She is humble and helpful. She helped me pick out a suit and a matching shirt. It is very rare to receive this kind of service. She is patient and polite. Good job, G2000! Went to the store to get a new blazer for a friend's upcoming wedding and long-term use. The discounted price for a blazer was $49 (original price $209)! Couldn't resist buying it. The options for menswear are good and varied. Highly recommend everyone purchase from them (P.S. buy 3 items for an extra 10% off the total bill) 🤩
