Prices online are so much cheaper than at this outlet store. The sales assistant just brushed me off when I asked if there was a promotion. The price indicated is the original price. So, what's the point of it being an outlet store…

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I had. The sales girl was simply ignoring the customers and busy with her hair grooming in front of the mirror, followed by talking to another sales girl and giving rude replies to customers when assistance was requested. Too bad.

I've bought online a couple of times. I want to return my last purchase. After many emails and a promise to come and pick it up — still waiting. I even offered to go to the store, and still no answer. Worst after-sales and customer service ever. A pity; the products are fine.

Wide range of Samsonite and American Tourister luggage. They close at 9 PM. Currently, many pieces of luggage are out of stock.

Made a trip down specifically to check out some luggage. However, I was met with unfriendly service. The short-haired lady on shift was extremely unhelpful, often making sarcastic remarks in response to my questions and comments. When I asked for the price of a specific piece of luggage, she said it could be found on the tags. But the tags were hidden on the pieces I was looking at. I didn't end up getting anything, as prices online were better. I won't bother returning.

Salesperson Shirley is very patient and attentive to my queries. Manager Win is a very nice and reasonable manager who makes sure all needs are met. Will definitely go back there again. Kudos to their service! Prices are reasonable with discounts.

Good place, decent collection, and an excellent saleswoman. She was not at all pushy and was very knowledgeable about the products in the showroom. Got some vouchers for future purchases. Not sure about the longevity of the products, as they were recently bought, but will update in due time. Looks and feels like good quality, though, and it has a 3-year warranty (American Tourister).

Found a bag that matches the description my kid likes. I bought it here. There weren't enough people to serve. Only two staff members were seen, and many people were roaming around the store. No cashiers were available, and I had to wait to pay. The price was also not cheap. After I bought the bag, I searched online, and the prices were the same. I thought I had gone to a factory outlet and gotten a good price, but I was wrong. Online, I might still get an additional discount through a platform.

I would like to take this opportunity to praise and commend the service I received earlier from Yiling on the boutique frontline. It was a busy 1st of May (Labour Day). Despite my endless questioning and checking for promos and warranty policies, I was patiently served. The rationale is that I had recently returned to SG, and the luggage handler (SIA) damaged my luggage. So I’m contemplating what brand to go for between Samsonite and American Tourister. Thumbs up for the great service. If you wish to make a purchase, please look out for Yiling. She’s very polite and genuine! Impeccable retail service!

Nice sales staff!! Didn't catch her name, as there was no name tag, but she's older with short hair. She doesn't hover and breathe down your neck, but stands at a distance. However, if you need help, she's there. Wish more sales staff would be like her!
