I have been taking my maid from them since my first maid in 2023. Sister Sharifah was amazing that time. I even recommended friends and family. And it's just another unfortunate situation for me: Sister Sheila left the company without notifying me while the current helper was in lodging. 30 days were up, and no one updated me on anything until I had to leave a message for my ex-helper, who was in their lodging and had already found a new employer. Agent Haifa called me, telling me she was new and that all the old-timer agents had left the company, and that she was not aware of my case. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and she told me her boss agreed to charge me 21-day lodging as promised by their ex-agent. Last communication was July 16. To date, nobody has been updating me about my refund. And when I messaged Haifa, the only reply was a standard auto AI reply and nothing related to my questions.
