The runner company keeps calling me and sending me messages regarding your agency. It shows payment has not been made, while I paid you 6 months ago. They have my maid's medical exam report; it doesn't seem like a scam. Can you settle with them ASAP? Quite annoying.

I have been taking my maid from them since my first maid in 2023. Sister Sharifah was amazing that time. I even recommended friends and family. This year, I took a second helper with them, also under Sister Sharifah. Unfortunately, the second maid didn't turn out well. I decided to change after two months. All the bios given to me didn't fit my criteria, and when they did, they were already taken up even before I could interview. I had to search their website myself every day to find a replacement. And, unfortunately again, Sister Sharifah left the company without notifying me and got Sister Sheila to take over. Sister Sheila helped to handle the replacement and promised me a 21-day lodging. And it's just another unfortunate situation for me: Sister Sheila left the company without notifying me while the current helper was in lodging. 30 days were up, and no one updated me on anything until I had to leave a message for my ex-helper, who was in their lodging and had already found a new employer. Agent Haifa called me, telling me she was new and that all the old-timer agents had left the company, and that she was not aware of my case. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and she told me her boss agreed to charge me 21-day lodging as promised by their ex-agent. Last communication was July 16. To date, nobody has been updating me about my refund. And when I messaged Haifa, the only reply was a standard auto AI reply and nothing related to my questions. I really lost all my trust in this company.

We had a good experience taking in a new helper from this agency. Most, if not all, things went well. It also helped that they undertook to co-screen potential helpers for us, which we appreciated. Saodah was also very professional and explained the process clearly from start to finish. [Update 24 Jul 2025 - from 5 stars to 1] Since Saodah left, we have been grappling with an issue concerning our assigned helper, with no one willing to directly take over our 'case'; the agency has been ghosting our messages and requests, and even a physical visit has only managed to smooth over the matter temporarily. It has been a month since we returned our assigned helper, and so far there has been no concrete follow-up action from their side. We should continue waiting then!
