I've been using their services for the past 15 years. Previously, my experience was very good, but recently their service team has become quite disappointing. They continually pressure customers to perform extra chemical washes and compressor cleanings, seemingly to earn extra money. As a result, I have decided to stop using their services. I've also heard similar complaints from friends who have used them.

Workmanship was good 10 years ago when I first hired them. In recent years, their workmanship has gone downhill. My mum's aircon was installed 2.5 years ago, and there was a connection not properly taped, resulting in a leak that damaged the wall paint. The first time a service guy came, they said there was no leak. The second time they came, they also said there was no leak, even though they poured 2 bottles of water in to prove there was no leak and quickly wanted to cover back the trunking to leave. Luckily, I climbed up and touched the piping with dry hands and found water slowly leaking out. They took quite a while to correct it, as the pipes had to be really dry for the tape to prevent water from leaking. After correcting it, the service guy wanted us to pay $60 for transport, or to service 2 aircon units for that amount. The service guy confirmed it was a workmanship issue and still insisted on charging. My brother had his aircon installed by All Best in February. He only started using it these past two days and found it was already leaking. Disappointed! I will not recommend them to friends or relatives.

Do not, I swear to God, do not buy from this company. Worst workmanship ever. My old aircon worked way better than the new ones I bought from them due to their poor installation. The aircon was literally flooding. This is the aftermath of their poor job. Mold and water damage, just 2 years in.

We installed a Mitsubishi Starmex system 3 on 25/4/23. We noticed that the condenser was secured to the parapet with 4 simple screws instead of bolts. We are concerned as we are living on a high floor. We shared this personally on 28/4/23 with Mr Cash (IMM), along with photos. He assured us that the screws are safe and sufficiently secure, and that we do not have to worry that the condenser will dislodge at any point. We are pleased with this assurance that there will not be any problem pertaining to this issue from All Best.

Just bought and installed. Pricing was reasonable, and I'm happy with the entire experience, from initial exploration to payment and installation. There was no hard sell, communication was easy, and they shared information honestly, providing practical tips. Installation was well done.

We have ordered Mitsubishi Sys3 from All Best on 3 Oct 24. We were served by Pauline and were impressed by her knowledge of air-conditioning and her patience in answering all our questions. We requested an onsite survey before the installation, and she was able to arrange it promptly. The installation was carried out on 8 Oct by 3 installers. They were very organised and carried out the work professionally. The work was done with minimal mess and finished in around 5 hours. Overall, we are happy with All Best, and we thank Pauline and the installers for their kind support.

I'm unsure why the reviews are mixed. I guess sales and installation offer differing experiences. I had great help from Amy Wang in understanding my first AC purchase and coordinating the installation.

Good experience with them. Having used a few brands and companies before (from Daikin to Toshiba), I recently changed to the latest Mitsubishi model. This company was recommended by someone who had also just installed their aircon. Amy Wang was quite detailed in her sales. Andrew, the team lead, did a fantastic job installing the aircon while we were all at home. I've asked for the thickest insulation tubes as previous trunking had condensation and mold issues. He also recommended the latest 'shielded' insulation tubes (see photo - shielded and non-shielded side by side), for which I paid extra. It's a long-term investment to prevent condensation. I've kept checking regularly, and a month on, the trunking has a normal temperature on the outside, with no condensation even when two other rooms had the aircon turned on for a few hours. The room closest to the compressor was not turned on. Be sure to check the trunking has a slight slope to allow water to flow out more quickly. The contractor is one thing; owners also need to do their part to quality check the job in progress and review it before final payment.

Cash was super helpful and made buying an aircon really easy. He knew his stuff, explained everything clearly, and didn’t push me to buy the most expensive one, only what suited my needs. The whole process was smooth, and he even checked in after installation to make sure everything was good. Great service, friendly guy, and definitely someone I’d recommend if you need an aircon.

Not only did he recommend systems based on my specific needs, but he also advised on the number of units required and the appropriate BTU for each room. I opted for Mitsubishi System 3, and I've engaged their services for air conditioning installation at two different locations; both times, the experience has been seamless, with no issues. They even offer extended warranties, which adds extra peace of mind. I’ve recommended All Best to several friends who have also needed installations. Highly recommend their services!
