Staff do not know their product well. I contacted their store in the morning at 11:05 AM and told a staff member that I would like to change one of the wire baskets, BC-450BS, to a smaller version, as my kitchen cabinet hinges would not be able to fit with the third basket. Believing the tracks should be the same, I asked the staff if I only needed to bring back the item for exchange, and he replied, "Okay." When I brought it back to the store the same day, the very same staff member, in his 20s, told me that the track also had to be returned. I told him he was the one who informed me it was okay not to bring back the tracks, but he argued and replied, "This is not my business." Luckily, a senior and experienced staff member took over after hearing the commotion, and he informed me no track needed to be returned. This is very sad and disappointing to see how a Song-Cho staff member could reply with such a sentence to a customer.
