Thank you to Angie for the amazing customer experience. She was very informative and helpful. I would definitely come back to Angie for my future purchases.

Went into Mayer to buy a blender for my mum. We told the salesperson, Angle, that we would leave our item there and collect it later, as we didn't want to carry the big box around. During collection, my daughter went to collect it, and Angle was there too. It was partly our mistake that we didn't check what we took. But at the same time, the salesperson also seemed confident that we took the correct item. So, both didn't check. Luckily, before going home, my mum took a peek inside the plastic bag and was shocked to see it wasn't a blender. My daughter quickly rushed back to return the item and get our correct one. Upon reaching, my daughter said that the owner of the item we accidentally took was also there and was quite upset because his item had been wrongly given. Luckily, my daughter returned it at the right time. But imagine if our item had also been given out to someone else. I think, as a precaution, the salesperson should verify the receipt and item before releasing items to customers.

I bought a hood and hob from Mayer IMM. Unfortunately, the hood has failed twice within a month. This recurring issue has not only caused significant inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the quality control of Mayer's products. Beyond the product failures, I am particularly disappointed with the customer service I received. My attempts to provide feedback on these issues were met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. The lack of effective support has compounded my frustration and made this experience exceedingly frustrating.

Was looking for a replacement for my induction hob, went to IMM on Sunday and was served by CK. He was a very polite, cheerful staff member with no hard-selling, explaining the functions of the hob we were looking at. Even then, we did not make a decision to purchase, and we explained we would consider and walk around. We went to another shop; the staff was kind of rushing through the process to get us to commit, even though the price was lower and also met our requirements. We decided to go back to CK (Mayer) based on his service. His after-sales service was also tip-top, as he arranged the timing for the delivery and installation of the hob on the chosen day. Really appreciate the efforts of CK. I will definitely be going back to him in the future.

Products are good, but the experience was horrible. We were told that we would be given one year of free home insurance, which would only take about 5 minutes to fill out the details over a phone call. However, our contact number was given to an insurance agent who kept insisting on meeting up to talk about other insurance plans. Even when I said that we already had insurance, he still insisted on sharing other insurance plans (personal insurance not related to the house at all). In the end, he did not even help us with the "free home insurance." I'm pretty sure it was just a hoax for him to come and pester us. I'm not sure what kind of business just gives out customers' contact information to insurance agents without informing us.

The customer service here is amazing! We were helped by the lovely Angie from Mayer, who helped us select the right product for us. Additionally, she introduced us to Singlife. The consultant there was especially helpful in helping us successfully redeem free insurance from Singlife. Thank you to everyone who played a part in ensuring we had a lovely experience here.

Appreciate customer service letting me fully test the oven and come back the next day to collect it. You won't get this service anywhere in Singapore. Lots of offers.

My partner and I purchased a Mayer hood and hob for our new place, but less than a month after installation, the hood broke down. We contacted Mayer’s support, and they scheduled a repair a week later. The technician replaced the motherboard and mentioned that this issue is common. However, after servicing, we realized the suction level couldn't be adjusted. We tried calling the technician back immediately, but he refused to pick up. We had to contact the service center again, and they scheduled another repair—this time for two weeks later. To make matters worse, the hood broke down again. We paid a high price, expecting quality from what we thought was a reputable brand, but the entire experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend Mayer to anyone considering purchasing their products.

I like to shop in Mayer because they have a good variety in IMM. Angie, a staff member, is very helpful and patient!
