Engaged them last Thursday, June 16. Told the technician that something was wrong with my bedroom unit: it would stop operating by itself and blink non-stop. He claimed that it was probably caused by other bedrooms using it at the same time. Duh? Then he said it could be gas leaking. He checked and said it only leaked a little, so it wasn't an issue and he would fix it for me. The whole process cost me more than $100. In the wee hours of June 22, the problem happened again. This happened three times every few hours. I had to switch it off and on again, but after a while, it stopped operating again. So, was the unit fixed? I reckon not. I emailed the company at 2 AM; no response by 4 PM. I emailed again. Still no response. When I engaged them earlier, they would reply to my email within hours. Now they ghosted my requests and queries. Refund, or come and have a look again. Don't recommend.
