Engaged them last Thursday, June 16. Told the technician that something was wrong with my bedroom unit: it would stop operating by itself and blink non-stop. He claimed that it was probably caused by other bedrooms using it at the same time. Duh? Then he said it could be gas leaking. He checked and said it only leaked a little, so it wasn't an issue and he would fix it for me. The whole process cost me more than $100. In the wee hours of June 22, the problem happened again. This happened three times every few hours. I had to switch it off and on again, but after a while, it stopped operating again. So, was the unit fixed? I reckon not. I emailed the company at 2 AM; no response by 4 PM. I emailed again. Still no response. When I engaged them earlier, they would reply to my email within hours. Now they ghosted my requests and queries. Refund, or come and have a look again. Don't recommend.

My home aircon units were serviced by Ah Wei, and I was very impressed by his troubleshooting skills. My home's aircon units were not cooling individually, and it was found that during installation, the wires and tubing were connected to the wrong units. He was very quick to rectify the issue, despite having to climb to an inconvenient location where the compressors were. Thanks very much to Nation Cool and to Ah Wei for his services!

Extremely poor workmanship and service! I had them install new units, but just two months later, they started to drip and flood a lot of water into the room. Despite this, they have been unable to trace or rectify the problem. They have returned nearly ten times, but each time, the flooding issue only worsened as the rainy weather became more frequent. I have never experienced such bad installation in my life!
