I would really like to praise the two staff members Zixin and Ansari. Their service was amazing. They stayed throughout my visit and gave me amazing assistance, offering different recommendations on shoes based on my needs, and were really patient with me. Once again, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! 🙏🙏

Knowledgeable and excellent service was rendered by Mr. Ansari Amin, who provided us with the unique features of the shoe series, enabling us to make a purchase that suited us most. Mr. Ansari is a role model, as this is my third purchase of NB, and he is the only one who provides us with detailed information. Thank you for your time and effort to make our purchase a swift one.

@NewBalanceSingapore You have a fantastic team at IMM, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help us select the right shoes for our feet. Went to get shoes for the kids and we ended up getting shoes for all four of us. Special shout out to Ansari! Thanks, man! Appreciate all your help! I would like to say thanks to the staff named Yoke Lin at IMM outlet. She really delivered excellent service to serve me, my husband, and my two special needs sons. She was very alert when I stepped into the outlet; she came straight to help my younger son (22 years old). She guided him and was able to find suitable shoes for him in just five minutes, and still managed to keep my son's attention. I was so happy and felt touched by her kind and caring attitude; it really brought a warm and great feeling to my heart ❤️. Ms. Yoke Lin, you are so nice. I really appreciate what you have delivered to my family. Thanks again. Well done! 👏

Very pleasant experience at this outlet with Victoria, a part-timer. She served patiently, bringing shoe sizes a couple of times for me to try and voluntarily helping to check if stock was available in the other outlet. Thank you, Victoria. Unfortunately, the shoe size that I want is no more in stock.
