I'm disappointed with my second purchase from Ogawa, specifically the Biovis model. Unfortunately, its performance hasn't met my expectations, and considering its high price point, I regret buying this particular model.
Before making a purchase, I strongly advise others to thoroughly test the product. In my experience, the A.I. function was glitchy and unresponsive. In contrast, my previous MASTER DRIVE A.I model was more interactive and reliable.
To make matters worse, I traded in my old model and received a discount, yet I still had to pay over $10,000. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with the value for money.
I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision.
