Just got myself an Ogawa Ultron X. Love the chair as it has many features like other major brands such as Osim, but at a cheaper price. Randy and Dell at IMM were very good and patient with me, as I was very thorough about the features. They guided me patiently and gave me good prices.

My dad just **bought** his 4th massage chair from Ogawa, and it’s amazing! The chair is super comfortable and has great features. Yuki was very helpful and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend Ogawa for anyone looking for a quality massage chair!

Yuki has been very professional and has shown great patience in showing the functionality of the new Ogawa massage chair series. Keep up the good work, Yuki! My family has been using the current model for the past 8 years. We are considering upgrading.

We tried a few brands of massage chairs. Ultimately, we chose the Ogawa Master Drive I2. We really love the stretching functions!
