Joelle at this store is absolutely fantastic! I bought my glasses here, and she’s gone above and beyond with amazing after-sales service. From adjusting and cleaning my glasses to offering free eye tests to ensure my vision is on track, she’s always proactive and genuinely cares about my eye health. Incredible service and a great experience. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience at the Optical 88 IMM branch. Lim Siling was able to advise me on the best path forward based on my age, eye condition, and budget, which was very refreshing and wholly unexpected, especially in Singapore. With her advice, I was very comfortable with my decision and the expected outcomes. My rather inquisitive mind was especially sated with her patience, knowledge, and demeanor. My only request would be if she were located in a more centrally located branch, or if there were more of her.
