Overall, we had a good experience and received very informative help from Minnie, as we were looking to trade in our current massage chair to consider upgrade options. She provided a fair opinion; though we did not trade in our current massage chair, we ended up purchasing OSIM's uZap Body to improve our parents' general health and well-being.

I recently purchased the uErgoh chair and I must say, it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my health and comfort. The chair provides excellent back and neck support, and I can already feel the difference during long hours of sitting. Excellent Service and a Comfortable Experience with Minnie! I visited Osim IMM and was really impressed with the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the features of the massage chairs and let us test them without any pressure to buy. Special thanks to the team for making us feel welcome and relaxed throughout the visit. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the massage chair experience was top-notch.
