Customer service is horrid. I would give zero stars if I could. Yes, they operate by a number system, but when I got there, there were multiple orders. So I reached out to two staff members, but both ignored me even when I showed my receipt. I think the manager and service crew should change jobs if they do not intend to provide any customer service. Food was only so-so and further ruined by the rude staff. The atmosphere was good because it was empty.

Excellent service by the crew – very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Long queue, but fast. The place is very clean. The food is very fresh too. My family likes to come here to eat.

The chicken is always good. Service is fair. This place gets busy during lunch hour. Food was served hot, especially the chicken. It was juicy, crispy, and spicy. The pasta was too sweet for my liking. The fries were too salty. The biscuits were perfect.

My first time trying Popeyes chicken, and they're better than KFC, in my opinion. I had the Korean combination meal, which came with a burger, seasoned fries, a fried chicken piece, and a mango drink. I found the burger and chicken a bit sweet, but the overall experience was great.

Food-wise, the chicken was skinny, the wings were small, and the fries were cold. But overall, I was happy. The place was clean, and the service was good. Yes, they did forget certain things, but there were no issues as you could always ask for the missing items. The manager was nice, coming table to table, prompting and asking us to give Google Reviews. But the song playing in the diner was horrible; it was on repeat (trying to be Don Don Donki), like a constant chant.

The ambiance and service are cool. The staff are very friendly, especially the managers. I purposely got their names: Ms. Julie Anne and Ms. Dianne. Both of them are helpful and easy to deal with. I felt the pressure due to the volume of people coming to the new place, but they still managed to cater to the customers with a smile. Kudos to the production team as well. Service is very fast. The food is very nice. The chicken is bigger than at other fast food places.

Newly located near the taxi stand at IMM. Easily accessible from the taxi stand, or if you're heading to the hospital. Food-wise, Popeyes' biscuits are... hmmm. The auntie forgot the jam, but it's okay, you can always ask her for it. The interior is bright orange and has many seats, from booths to normal seating areas. It's also near other food joints. Great place!

Newly renovated! I love the new atmosphere. The food is delicious as always! One of the best Popeye branches in SG!

This restaurant has newly renovated and relocated within the mall near the taxi stand at IMM. The staff are well-trained. The food served was well-cooked and delicious, and the waiting time to pick up orders was pretty fast. There's a basin to wash your hands after the meal, too!

The best fried chicken in Singapore. The new outlet is all new and it's very clean! The staff are super friendly, even when they're very busy and during peak hours. Good training for the staff! Quality fried chicken! The best!
