As a first timer, it was a smooth and excellent service. They were willing to accommodate my change in delivery schedule. Unfortunately, the lift, which provided direct access to my unit, broke down until 5 PM on the scheduled date. Nevertheless, the order arrived safely, although they had to climb two stories up to my unit without any charges. I appreciate it so much. Overall, it was a smooth and happy experience. Thank you.
