The toys and GKs in the shop are great. However, I was rudely treated by one of the female shop employees.
I was holding a box containing a "One Piece" GK to take a closer look. (There was no indication on the box that the GK was reserved by a customer, nor were there any signs near that area.) The shop employee just walked up to me, told me the GK was reserved, and grabbed the box from my hand, putting it back. It happened so fast that I didn't have time to apologize or put it back myself. I was shocked and felt ashamed by her action; she just grabbed it from my hand and walked away.
It was a truly unpleasant shopping experience, and my girlfriend saw I was mistreated too. I wouldn't visit the shop again.
By the way, this review is not to say that the shop isn't worth visiting, as the goods are very good. However, you have to be cautious and mindful of that female employee. I hope the shop owner kindly notices this mistreatment and continues to give customers a great shopping experience, just like the great items in the shop.

The employees there are very friendly, and I'm surprised that one of them came up to me and asked which anime I was into. The shop is well-decorated from the inside out, and it clearly invites us otakus to take a look. Besides anime merchandise, there are also Hello Kitty plush toys for sale.

Travelled across the country to look for Gudetama, but options were extremely limited. I was very disappointed, but they had a big array of other characters like Sumikko Gurashi here. The prices were also slightly higher than other shops selling Sanrio merch which I had gone to before making my way here. Hope you guys bring in more Gudetama merch, and I will definitely be back. ❤️

Horrible service from one of the shopkeepers. There were two shopkeepers in the shop when I was there with my nephew, who is less than 2 years old, picking out a toy for him. One of the shopkeepers was very nice and patiently asked what toy he wanted and was very friendly. However, when he picked up a soft toy and was holding it, it was a little too big for him and it touched the ground for a while. The other shopkeeper snatched the toy away from him immediately, saying that he was dirtying it by putting it on the floor. I saw that she herself had stains on her hand, and when she tried to take the toy back the first time, her touch left a stain on the toy. She then tried to snatch it harder again, seemingly wanting to blame my nephew for dirtying the penguin soft toy. My nephew had a shock and cried, but she didn’t seem to care and just went on to dust the toy. Needless to say, I was disgusted by the service and left without buying a single thing. Will never step into the shop again.

When seeking assistance or inquiring about products, I expected courteous and helpful responses. Instead, I was met with condescension and dismissive replies that left me feeling frustrated and belittled. I believe it is essential for your staff to understand that customers visit your store seeking not only products but also a positive and respectful shopping experience.
Furthermore, I was taken aback by the apparent arrogance and ego displayed by some of your staff members. It is perplexing to witness such inflated egos in individuals primarily responsible for selling plushies and figurines. The unnecessary haughtiness and superiority complex exhibited by your staff were not only uncalled for but also created an unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere within your store.
