Boss, could you please take your store seriously? Went to buy fruit. There were two employees. One was making juice, and the other seemed confused and kept talking. They were an auntie and a young boy. If you are occupied, you can tell the customer, "Please wait." It is not right for the customer to stand there waiting for you. Boss, if you see this, please manage the employees, especially imm. This is really bad.

The most diluted kiwi juice I ever had. It was $4 for one piece of kiwi and lots of water =(

IMM SF has very lousy and disappointing service. Not only is the attending customer service officer rude but also angsty. I am very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend.

Here's the edited review: "I was planning to order fruit juice, but there was no one at the counter or in the shop. Customers just came and waited for a while and left because no one was serving. No one was in the shop, and there was no sign showing that it was closed. This was around 4 PM."

This is the rudest aunty I have ever seen. She simply ignored me when I was trying to order juice from her. When I asked about the membership, she told me to read it myself. Then she just walked away. How can a business survive with such an employee? I then went to LiHo to buy avocado juice, and the experience was so different. Never ever patronize this SF fruit juice store at IMM again!!
