Selling refurbished products – I never thought such a reputable brand would engage in such an unethical act! I bought this sink due to HDB upgrading. My 20+ years old sink only had a small hairline, but after 2 months, lines are all over the place, even on the edges. I don't think any consumer could create those lines within a few months. If they had a '0' or '-' rating, I'd surely give it. NEVER visit this scammer!!!! (The Italian bathroom tap is also poor quality!)

Shopping for a HIP renovation, I decided to buy here. They had a decent selection of bathroom and kitchen products, and prices were pretty much similar to other retailers. Note that free delivery is only available for purchases of $800 or more. Additionally, they do not offer any discounts off the original price, a policy which I would have walked out over (though it wasn't my decision this time), as other retailers typically provide a discounted price.

I was looking for an adjustable shower bar with bases that can be fixed with one nail each, instead of two. I also wanted a nice-looking one. The gentleman on staff was very helpful. Excellent service. I got exactly what I needed: a stainless steel one. Great selection of products. If you are searching for bathroom and kitchen-related products, this is one of the best places to get assistance.

Look for Albert or Tina when visiting Sim Siang Choon. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. If you are going to change your toilet bowl, the trick is to measure the big piping on the ceiling above the toilet bowl—from the wall to the middle of the pipe. Give them this measurement and choose your toilet bowl. I bought all the taps, heater, basin, and toilet bowl for replacement. They are very helpful. They are the best in the shop!

Visited the store, well within the listed operating hours, only to find it already closed and all staff gone. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional for a business to shut down early without any notice. If the store isn't going to honor its official hours, it should update the information to reflect reality.
