Thank you Flora for being an excellent shop assistant. She was knowledgeable about the products and gave us competitive prices! There was a delay in delivery due to COVID, but Flora kept us updated regularly and tried her best to speed up the process for us, going the extra mile by calling other customers to see if they could postpone their delivery for ours. We really appreciate your help Flora, you're a true gem!

Flora Tian has been very good in her service (polite), and her knowledge of the beds is good. She even introduced us to a promotion and helped us save a lot of money! She is definitely a staff member that Simmons should keep!

I recently purchased a mattress for my son. The mattress provides excellent support—neither too firm nor too soft—perfectly contouring to the shape of his body. He used to wake up in the middle of the night due to discomfort, but now he can sleep through the night without any discomfort. The mattress is also very breathable. Overall, this is a great value mattress, and I highly recommend it to anyone who cares about their sleep quality!

Received professional assistance from Jenny (Simmons IMM) on August 3, 2025. Her steady demeanour and outstanding product knowledge gave us great confidence and assurance in our decision-making. When asked about the difference between two different series of mattresses, she was able to give us a convincing, yet non-judgemental answer, making us feel respected while upholding the good name of Simmons. Jenny is also very observant and proactive. When my daughter was trying out the mattress, she noticed my daughter was wearing shorts and promptly offered her a blanket. While we had to wait to make payment, she offered us bottled water and apologised for the wait. Great hospitality from Jenny for sure! Jenny made us feel comfortable and upheld the professional standards of Simmons. Well done, Jenny, and thank you!
