The store is understaffed.
We waited for more than 30 minutes, but no one served us. After we walked around and came back, the staff was still closing a deal for the previous customer. So we waited another 20 minutes. The staff seemed very friendly to the customers who had just made a purchase, asking them to give her a good review and acknowledging that the process takes time.
Then, after the staff finally finished serving the previous customers, she told us she was going to close soon. She didn't offer any introduction to the beds, instead making it clear we would need to ask for prices. When we asked about the price for a bed model, she seemed to imply we wouldn't buy it, commenting: “This model is more expensive.” The attitude was totally different from how she treated the customers who had just bought two beds from her. Understandable.
I'm not going to mention her name here, because it's also the company's problem for not having enough staff in the store.
In the end, we went back to Plaza Sing to make a purchase. The guy there seemed more friendly and didn't treat customers differently. And we bought the “more expensive” model the lady had commented on.

Of all the mattress shops I've visited here at IMM, this was probably my weakest experience. From the shop layout to the mattress offerings, they didn't quite fulfill my needs as the others did. Of course, it depends on sales strategies, but personally, I'm not sure if having the MBS project mattress at the entrance actually helps, especially when many other shops showcase their most premium build there. My mindset after visiting other shops in IMM and then walking in here was, "Huh, this is your most premium build?"

I recently purchased a mattress for my son. The mattress provides excellent support—neither too firm nor too soft—perfectly contouring to the shape of his body. He used to wake up in the middle of the night due to discomfort, but now he can sleep through the night without any discomfort. The mattress is also very breathable. When asked about the difference between two different series of mattresses, she was able to give us a convincing, yet non-judgemental answer, making us feel respected while upholding the good name of Simmons.
Jenny is also very observant and proactive. When my daughter was trying out the mattress, she noticed my daughter was wearing shorts and promptly offered her a blanket.
While we had to wait to make payment, she offered us bottled water and apologised for the wait. Great hospitality from Jenny for sure!
