I was supposed to receive the bed frame and mattress, but the delivery team called to say they had loaded the wrong items and had to delay delivery. A day prior to delivery, I went down personally to make final payment and ensure delivery as planned, yet delivery was still unsuccessful. Very poor management of delivery.

Maxcoil is known in the industry for making the best storage beds (even another brand's owner told us!). They are the only brand that offers a king size without a divider, which is what we bought. We bought the king size Twin Therapy, and it was the best decision we have made for our sleep health! The headboards are also very comfortable. We love the bed so much, we bought a second one for our mom, and she slept in for the first time in years! Jay and his family are professional, honest, and very reasonable. They make good recommendations, and you can trust that you are getting what you pay for. I continue to recommend Maxcoil mattresses and beds to all my friends and family!

I went into Unisprings with the intention of purchasing only a divan bed frame. I was served by Eric, who patiently explained the difference between standard divans and their own, showing me the materials used, even though I wasn't purchasing a large item. Eric also highlighted that with the promotion, it would be a better deal to get a new mattress, which came with a free solid wood divan bed frame! I was encouraged to lie on all the different mattresses to ensure they were suitable and comfortable. Thank you, Eric, for your patience, knowledge, and top-notch service! 👍🙏 The beds have arrived today; the delivery guys were so efficient, assembling everything in under 10 minutes! 👏 I am very happy with my purchase, which offers good quality and impeccable service! 😊

We came across Unisprings at IMM, a showroom for Maxcoil mattresses (a brand we were unfamiliar with). A friendly staff member, Nathan Liau, greeted us and invited us to take a look. He was very thorough in introducing the brand and the products. Upon understanding our needs and preferences after chatting with us, Nathan showed us a series of mattresses (Jardin) that we were happy with: the materials used, its firmness, combined with a good level of comfort. After more than a week, we returned to make our purchase. Nathan again greeted us with his friendly smile and remembered the mattress we liked. Nathan demonstrated good product knowledge, great salesmanship, and customer service. This has been a good shopping experience for us.

I just bought a storage bed frame from Unisprings and am very happy with it. It is sturdy, well-made, and best of all, passed the formaldehyde test using a DIY testing kit I have, showing an acceptable level inside the storage bed on the very first day I received it. Thank you for your trustworthy and excellent service! (8 years ago, I bought a Royal Brilliance mattress from Unisprings, and it still serves me well today and is a very good mattress.)
