We recently visited the IMM branch. Mr. Sunny Ng provided us with excellent service. He patiently explained to us the pros and cons of different products with sincerity. We bought a wok for our mum, and she is very happy with it. She said it's very easy to cook. It's the first time we've bought this brand of household products. We are sure to come back again. Thanks to Sunny for his recommendation.

Went on January 29, 2025, urgently looking for a kitchen sink and were served by an "auntie." Upon asking her advice for sink installation, her face and expression, her body language, totally showed a "piss-off" attitude; she clearly did not want to serve her customer and looked forward to closing her shop early, given that other tenants had already closed due to CNY. Her attitude was quite rough for a typical sales assistant. If she was so reluctant to do sales during CNY, why operate the shop during the festive period? 🤦‍♀️

I would like to praise the installer, Mr. Wang, for doing an excellent job of installing my toilet mirror cabinet and the S/S towel hanger. He was always ready to cut the towel hanger when it was too long for my wall. He also ensured the proper alignment of the cabinet, carefully going through the details. He said, "Treat it like your own house." What an awesome attitude! I would also like to thank Sunny and Ting for helping me with the arrangements for delivery and installation, coordinating the date and time. Thumbs up!

Visited the Song Cho IMM branch to check out their kitchen taps. There were many discounts, and the salesperson was extremely nice and knowledgeable. A great shopping experience with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
