Happy with the service. They were professional, took their time to serve me, and were patient while I was deciding on which to pick.
They offered to expedite my spectacles as they were aware that my current specs had broken and I needed a replacement ASAP for work.
It took them about 4 days to complete! Impressive. The price was reasonable too!

Served by Edmund from the IMM outlet, very accommodating and gave suggestions on the designs. However, for collection, they didn't inform me. I had to call them a week later to check, and it was ready. Hope they can improve on that.

It was pretty daunting getting a pair of prescription glasses for the first time. However, Angie and Philip made the experience a really pleasant one. They were extremely professional, explaining every tiny detail about the types of frames and lenses available and giving me some recommendations on what I should get. They were super patient and took the time to answer all my queries.
Best of all, I never once felt pressured to buy any of their products. They have a couple of ongoing promotions and discounts, so their prices are really reasonable. Before setting foot in the shop, the plan was to purchase a pair of prescription glasses. I left the shop with that and an additional pair of sunglasses.
