Unhelpful male staff. Very disappointed in their services here. I bought my spectacles from the JEM outlet less than 6 months ago. However, the nosepiece of the spectacles dropped while I was in IMM. I tried to go to their store but to no avail. I am very disappointed. Honestly, I’m not going back anymore. Buy at your own risk. But to be fair to the spectacles, it’s that male staff’s behaviour that caused this.

I believe everyone who has bought from here will come back. Today I bought three pairs of sunglasses from Yvonne Lai. She explained all the questions my husband and I had. She is very professional. I will continue to shop here in the future.
