We're at the IMM outlet. The food was delicious. My kids love it too. My kids also said that the manager on duty tonight is so kind and friendly, especially compared to the previous Malay manager. Today, I didn't get his name, but he is indeed so helpful and kind. He's Chinese and wears spectacles 😊 Thank you, Mr. Manager!! We can feel the sincerity of your service!! See you again sometime.

Visited on a weekday during lunchtime, and the restaurant was not fully packed. Ordered the BBQ chicken with rice and mac & cheese. The portion was huge, and it tasted surprisingly great, though the mac & cheese was cold when served. The downside was the slow service. Orders were piling up at the kitchen counter, and it took forever for the staff to serve them to customers. This caused the food to be lukewarm and not fresh when served. That said, the food was pretty good, and the atmosphere in this newly renovated restaurant was nice.

Had the pleasure of an evening snack at Swensen’s IMM. It was a delight to meet Mr. Hari Om, and our server, Bing Yang, was a wonderful, energetic young fellow. The food was great as well, and they also had vegetarian options for my wife. Would definitely be returning to try out more of their fare!

Today, I went to Swensen's IMM with my friend for lunch. Mr. Hari OM is very friendly and helpful in guiding me through using Telegram to get my membership record and other related matters. The food is delicious. We enjoyed the meal and the service.

The portion of fish and chips is big. Came here for the black pepper pasta; it's always been my favorite black pepper pasta from here. The taste hasn't changed after so many years. The ingredients might have been tweaked a little.
