Heavenly coffee! Heavenly teas! Conveniently located in the neighbourhood heartland at IMM shopping mall, offering plenty of wholesale and factory outlet discounts. Walking distance to MRT station and bus interchange, with plenty of dining and shopping options at more than four major shopping centres, as well as banking, library, postal services, community centres, cinemas, entertainment, and other amenities nearby. Spacious, relaxing lounges with high ceilings, and well-decorated outdoor seating for high teas and watching the day pass. Coffee comes with pastries, cakes, and professionally baked bread. Freshly prepared, healthy ingredients with tender, loving, and skillful cooking, and professional, warm services. Love the all-day breakfast and the tuna pastries. Friendly, cosy, comfy, and welcoming ambience for couples, groups, students, tourists, expats, locals, visitors, and families.

Nice place to have a coffee and slice of cake while taking a break from shopping. The chairs are comfortable and the place is pleasant. However, there seemed to be a shortage of staff, as the tables are not cleared fast enough and many people are waiting for the tables to be cleared. Overall, a nice place to hang out.

Here's the edited review:
A long queue during my Saturday afternoon visit. This is either a much busier outlet, or the service is just slower, as the waiting time was longer than usual.
And I just don't know why the tea is SO HOT that you have to wait like 10 minutes before you can drink it. I hate it. I remember Coffee Bean always being like this. I don't remember seeing this problem at Starbucks.
I might not return and will avoid visiting at this timing at all costs, as an "I" person.

An open-concept Coffee Bean located in IMM. It offers spacious and sufficient seating. They offer cake, coffee, tea, and non-caffeinated drinks. They also offer special drinks for occasions, such as peppermint mocha during the Christmas season. On top of this, you can also purchase tumblers and mugs. Due to the current COVID situation, the cafe is strictly abiding by safe distancing rules.

It's a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. This outlet is located in the IMM building. It seats approximately 60 people. The space is spacious, with a ceiling extending to the mall's second level. I was here on a weekday afternoon for coffee. The place was not crowded, and service was fast. The Nitro cold brew with vanilla bean was too sweet (ask for reduced sugar if you are not a sweet tooth). The Moroccan Mint Tea latte was very mild.

Good service by the staff who immediately cleaned a water spill at our table. The food itself was also plentiful, and I would recommend the Malibu Dream and the mushroom strudel.

We came on a Sunday evening. We wanted to have coffee and dessert after dinner. The outlet was full and there were no seats available when we arrived at about 8 pm. We walked around to kill time and returned at 9 pm. Seats were available this time around.
The outlet was very spacious with plenty of seats during off-peak hours. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Ordered pasta, a sandwich, coffee, and cake. I was told that the pasta and sandwich would take a long time to be served, but in the end, you forgot my order. It only took you less than 10 minutes to prepare my forgotten order. If we hadn't followed up after almost an hour, it would have been a lost order and wasted time. We could see your kitchen was not even busy. Why don't you want your customers to order food other than cake and coffee? It wasn't even busy at that time. It's like you don't want customers. Now I know why, your service is ****.

We had drinks here. Even when there aren't many people, the service is a bit lagging, but they really fill your glass to the brim. Nice, refreshing watermelon, lychee, and peach drink with jelly. Good cup of cappuccino, too. Quite a number of seats, with a nice ambiance.

I honestly don't expect anything outstanding when it comes to a coffee joint like this. Especially early in the morning, when I'm still trying to wake up properly for the day, there isn't that extra kicker that you'd get from other cafes. Even if it's a coffee auntie who wishes you a simple good morning or starts small talk with you. In a heartland area like this, that would have been lovely.
