Very rude shop assistant, scolding customers for walking into the back of the shop to look at some of the luggage. Kindly put up a sign to inform customers if you do not allow them to walk around the shop, instead of venting your frustrations on customers.

This is one of the excellent customer-service-oriented outlets to visit for travel apparel. Their staff, Sheila, has vast knowledge of products to share if you have any queries. Our decision to buy from them is definitely the right choice. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

There are a lot of luggage and bags here. The price seems good for an outlet store. There were many promotions, such as 'buy one bigger size luggage, get a free cabin size luggage,' with many color options. I didn't buy anything here; I was browsing around and didn't find anything I wanted.

Visited this store on 13/03/25 at around 5:30pm. Customer service by the male staff member is excellent. He is very polite and helpful. He seems to know the products well and seems to be dedicated to his job. I'm very happy with my shopping experience there.
