Another slightly more than an hour until closing, but staff started pushing luggage in, and customers had no space to view luggage. Poor service.

I visited this store early this year. The staff who served me was very friendly, but that person was no longer there when I visited them again last night. I was served by a guy who was okay in the beginning but became impatient when I asked for more about the luggage bags.

Very rude shop assistant, scolding customers for walking into the back of the shop to look at some of the luggage. Kindly put up a sign to inform customers if you do not allow them to walk around the shop, instead of venting your frustrations on customers.

There are a lot of luggage and bags here. The price seems good for an outlet store. There were many promotions, such as 'buy one bigger size luggage, get a free cabin size luggage,' with many color options. I didn't buy anything here; I was browsing around and didn't find anything I wanted.

Visited this store on 13/03/25 at around 5:30pm. Customer service by the male staff member is excellent. He is very polite and helpful. He seems to know the products well and seems to be dedicated to his job. I'm very happy with my shopping experience there.
