He always comes up with great suggestions yet is very open to discussion and changes. He never imposes his idea/design on us and is always smiling, even when we made several iterations. Edgeline Planners, as a company, has a good and reliable team. Their carpenters and electricians are skillful and responsible. To be honest, they are not the lowest-priced ID, but they definitely give quality work and results. Most importantly, they respect customers' requests. Definitely a great team to work with!

My absolute favorite is the entrance floor: Corlyn's bow design using black and white tiles, reminiscent of the "English colonial" Raffles Hotel style, is truly outstanding. I want to give a thumbs up to Mr. Sako, my design consultant who serves with great heart. He is very detailed in his work and is strict with his subcontractors. I recall an incident where he reprimanded his electrician and demanded a replacement for the wrongly installed 'line 8' piece in the kitchen. My wife and I appreciated his professionalism. He shows great pride in his design and would go the extra mile to source the material until we were satisfied. My wife and I loved our beautiful home and would definitely recommend Edgeline and Mr. Sako to our friends and families. Kudos to Mr. Sako.

I had seen Irene's projects for some of her clients and thoroughly appreciated her workmanship and design plans. Her style was very suitable for what I was looking for, so I decided to hire her. At the initial stages, I was very set on maintaining the original design of my home and was concerned about making large changes. However, Irene was excellent at crafting her design plans and guiding me through her explanations for the changes she suggested. I ended up loving the practicality of the changes and additions that Irene made and how beautifully they fit into different areas of the home. When I explained my concerns about dry food storage, Irene designed an elegant dry kitchen where I can even display some of my food items, and now it is one of my favorite parts of the kitchen. I also had a traditional wooden screen that I didn't know what to do with, but also couldn't bear to toss it out. Irene managed to integrate the sections of the screen into the master bedroom wardrobes, which added to the charm of the room without compromising the color scheme. Irene was also very patient with me when I requested to add a bathroom to one of the guest bedrooms at the last minute. She did not complain about redesigning the layout even though it was right before the work was about to start. Overall, the entire process went smoothly, and the handover was punctual, with only minor issues or defects to address. I would highly recommend Irene Ho as an interior designer to anyone who is interested in any renovations.

Had a wonderful experience with Edgeline Planners for my home renovation. After meeting three IDs, I decided to go with Corlyn from Edgeline as she made many practical suggestions on how I should go about my renovation, and would offer alternatives when my ideas were not feasible, explaining the reasons and details. She would also meet me on site to survey and make changes if required, and assist in the coordination with other providers. Carpentry is also of good quality. I would recommend Edgeline and Corlyn for a great renovation experience.
