We came across Unisprings at IMM, a showroom for Maxcoil mattresses (a brand we were unfamiliar with). A friendly staff member, Nathan Liau, greeted us and invited us to take a look. He was very thorough in introducing the brand and the products. Upon understanding our needs and preferences after chatting with us, Nathan showed us a series of mattresses (Jardin) that we were happy with: the materials used, its firmness, combined with a good level of comfort. After more than a week, we returned to make our purchase. Nathan again greeted us with his friendly smile and remembered the mattress we liked. Nathan demonstrated good product knowledge, great salesmanship, and customer service. This has been a good shopping experience for us.

I just bought a storage bed frame from Unisprings and am very happy with it. It is sturdy, well-made, and best of all, passed the formaldehyde test using a DIY testing kit I have, showing an acceptable level inside the storage bed on the very first day I received it. Thank you for your trustworthy and excellent service! (8 years ago, I bought a Royal Brilliance mattress from Unisprings, and it still serves me well today and is a very good mattress.)
