Please stay away from the Malay staff working here (the only staff wearing a tudung on May 24th at 5:40 PM)! Definitely not helpful! I asked her, "Do you sell nail remover?" She answered me with "Sally Hansen." So I proceeded by asking her, "Where can I get it?" Guess what? She just shouted, "SALLY HANSEN SALLY HANSEN!" I asked again, "Where is it?" Because obviously, I was not asking for the brand. Then she just shouted out, "SALLY HANSEN! At the cosmetic area!" I just want to bring this up because this is absolutely not professional at all. I'm at Watson, not a wet market. So please, Watson management, this behaviour should not be continued. Not good for your marketing. Your rival Guardian is just next to yours. Unless you are happy for us to turn to other competitors.

The Watson staff here at IMM are very friendly, especially Ritchel, who helped me to order an item that was sold out at this outlet. I got my item in just 3 days with an SMS notification telling me it was ready for collection, which was very helpful.

I would like to compliment Gabriel, who assisted my hubby and me during payment on June 20, 2025, at 21:00. He was patient, kind, and sincere. Keep up the good customer service!

I visited the shop on the evening of April 17th. I wanted to check on an expired promotion tag and the price of a product with the Malay service crew, but I received such a rude and condescending attitude. It ended up that the products were incorrectly placed in the $4.90 box. They still claimed, "This product is $6.50 now; it's been $9.90 all along and cannot be $4.90." They wanted to blame other customers for misplacing the item. Is such behavior acceptable for a service crew member? They only smiled and laughed with customers of the same race, while being rude to others. Watson can pull the CCTV footage if they wish to check. As mentioned earlier, expired tags were not changed or replaced. So, if anyone wants to check a price, it's best to bring the item to the cashier. Unable to give 0 stars, I am giving 1 star because another service crew member honored the $4.90 price.
