A very, very bad customer experience. I called and confirmed stock. I went all the way down just to be told he was mistaken. He could have called me back as he had my number, but never bothered. Stay away at all costs! Dishonest and shady.

Very bad customer service, and not knowledgeable. When I called to inquire before heading down, they didn't give much information. They asked me to come down, saying they needed to view it, but when I came down, I thought it was a motorbike workshop. Unfortunately, it's a warehouse. When I asked them to quote the price range, they couldn't give an approximate price or even a range. They posted on Carousell that items were all in stock, but when I arrived, they said I needed to order. What is the use of posting and being unable to give the correct info? There was no politeness. They said we were shouting, whereas the tone he was using was as if he was too lazy to entertain. And worst of all, before we had finished our inquiry, he shut us down. Very rude uncle.

Pleasant purchase. The owner constantly gives updates and most importantly goes the extra mile to see that the exhaust installation and inspection went through smoothly. The inspection happened on a rainy day, and the boss personally still oversaw the whole process. Great purchase. Overall, a happy purchase. Thanks.
