Thought I'd travel to Jurong to see the product and its quality. The location was difficult to find, and despite being advertised on Carousel with current business hours, the unit was empty. After sending a direct message, I got zero response. I like to try and support local businesses, but after a wasted journey and poor response, I would recommend finding a more interested company. Thankfully, nothing was purchased, as I would imagine the after-sales service would be equally lacking.

**If any of you still go after seeing these reviews, you deserve to have your time wasted.** It's quite a confusing place, located deep within the IMM building. Their business operates on Carousell and is by "order" basis. I called them, and I was told to come down to the shop to view items, as they couldn't give me a price over the phone. I had to come all the way down before they could quote. I was fine with that until I came all the way down, only to be told that I must look through their Carousell listings so they know what I want. Couldn't the person on the phone have just told me that, instead of making me waste my time coming all the way down? Edit: I'm convinced this place is for money laundering and not an actual business. 😂

Guys, if you don’t want to waste time, don’t buy anything from this shop. Their parts are ridiculously expensive, and the uncle was very rude. Horrendous customer service, contradictory information, and a complete rip-off. And the person who handles the Carousell account is so mean and very racist towards me. Their social media handlers are the worst people ever. And not to mention, I heard they posted fake reviews on their Carousell.

I would give zero stars if possible due to the following: * Posts fake prices and doesn't reveal prices. * Engages customers aggressively when asked for prices. * Customers make wasted trips if they go down to the shop and the product is not what they want. * Berates other sellers. If his product is good, why the need to hide prices? He has no guts to accept competitiveness. Customers prefer to compare prices. * Always starts the fight and plays the victim, saying he will make a police report. I strongly urge people to reconsider before buying from this guy. He is a sore loser, always badmouthing other sellers. A lot of people seem to have negative experiences with him. I will lodge a report with the consumer association and CCCS, as there is no price transparency.

I ordered a QD decat for my Multistrada V4s and the ECU flash device. There was a delay from the factory in Italy, and globally, no one had stock. The seller did a superb job communicating with me, even sharing communications from the factory, which helped align and manage my expectations. The price was perfect, and the service matched. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Furthermore, I will be bringing my business back in the future. Thank you, Adventure On Wheels.
