Here's the edited review: Just bought a portable aircon from Best. Ah Yong is an amazing salesperson. He explained with patience and taught us how to install. Overall, he's a very friendly and nice person. And to the people who helped us – one lady and one man (I didn't get your names) – from the aircon section. Thank you! Bought my Samsung System 3 Smart Aircon from Best Denki. Jac Hoon served us well. He was very patient in sharing the functions of a few brands, but we settled with Samsung due to its Smart functions, self-cleaning, air purification, and other functions. Most importantly, Jac mentioned it has the lowest power consumption. Jac followed through with the sale until installation. Great service by Jac. Thanks Best Denki and Jac for the good product at a good price.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Merryl Ann Butl when purchasing a Samsung S25 Ultra, and her service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment she spotted me browsing, she approached with genuine warmth and professionalism, patiently explaining the differences between the various versions of the Samsung S25. Her knowledge and guidance helped me make an informed decision. After deciding to purchase the phone, Merryl went above and beyond by helping me transfer all my apps and data from my old phone. The process took quite some time—about an hour for the transfer and another hour for the downloading onto the new phone. Despite it being lunchtime, Merryl insisted on staying to ensure everything was completed correctly, even offering to monitor the process while I attended to personal matters. When I returned at 1:45 PM, everything was done perfectly. Her dedication to her job and her customers is truly commendable. Merryl's willingness to put her customers first, even at the expense of her own time, speaks volumes about her commitment and professionalism. I am deeply grateful for her exceptional service and highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance with a new phone. Thank you, Merryl, for your outstanding help!

Super duper bad service from all of them. Service sucks! Customer service sucks!!! Come and collect your things, but the service sucks! They treat people like they owe you money! If you are tired, don't work! It's your problem if you didn't get the commission!!!!!! Super frustrating. Go send them for a course on how to treat and give the best to customers!!!!!!!

Sales girls were unhelpful and just wanted you to choose a brand so they could tell you the price. They had no idea about product differences, and all warranties were the same. This was my third visit to aircon showrooms today, and I'm beginning to understand that people who don't add value may not be needed in the future.

Extremely disappointed with Best Denki IMM. I received a TV that was clearly used, with previous user login records and account data still in the system. Even with such obvious evidence, the salesperson continued to lie and claim it was brand new. This is blatant dishonesty and cheating customers. I will never buy from them again.

Bought a Panasonic fridge from BD IMM in May for my elderly mother. It was delivered a few days later, but it broke down the following day. Only my mum was at home to receive the fridge that day. The technician came the next day and reported the issue was due to "system failure." I reported the matter to BD and requested a 1-to-1 exchange, which they did a few days later. Upon closer investigation, it was discovered that the fridge was delivered without any box packaging (red flag), and the instruction manual was not wrapped in the usual sealed plastic bag (another red flag). I filed a complaint with Panasonic (no reply after 10 days) and BD (only received a call from a warehouse person claiming the defective fridge was new). For me, it's either a Grade B stock, a repaired set, or a display set. No official explanation from BD or Panasonic. Very disappointed with the whole episode. To future BD customers, please make sure your new appliances are delivered in their original sealed box packaging and witness them being unpacked in front of you.
