On a Friday night (15 Nov 2024), I had the pleasure of visiting the cold wear store at IMM, where I was greeted by the cheerful customer service team, consisting of Richard Ng, Jai Qi, Alex, and Aunty. Their warm and friendly approach made my shopping experience delightful—so much so that I felt completely comfortable without needing a hot pack! I would rate this fantastic team a full 5 stars for their exceptional service.

The staff asked around for staff members who had traveled to the country I was planning to visit for my upcoming holiday, and helped me make an informed decision on the thermal underlayer to buy. I also like that they didn't pressure me to buy anything at all, so I've had a good experience at this shop.

Service was excellent. Richard was very helpful in picking out appropriate clothing based on destination, as well as offering suggestions on additional apparel to prepare. Prices were reasonable. I will come again for winter wear needs.

I was here shopping with my mom, trying to get a winter coat for her trip.
