Great customer service at their IMM outlet, whether you buy anything or not. Their sales staff (Richard, Jia Qi, Fauziah, and Grace) are helpful and generous with their product knowledge and personal opinions! Great place to shop for winter clothes.

A one-stop shop where cold weather clothing is reasonably priced! This is my 4th time here, and I highly recommend looking out for Richard – his customer service is fantastic. Went to COLDWEAR IMM because I was looking for suitable winter wear for my daughter's two-week school trip to Switzerland 🇨🇭 later this year. Googled and saw many positive reviews for this IMM outlet. Indeed, the outlet deserves all the positive reviews it has received. We were first served by Grace. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was able to recommend suitable winter wear after I had told her the temperatures in Switzerland 🇨🇭 during the month of the planned trip. Halfway through, we decided to check out another winter wear store opposite to compare products and prices. We later decided to return to COLDWEAR IMM, and it looked like Grace was just leaving for her break. She quickly briefed her colleague Jia Qi on our requirements and the item we were previously looking at, and Jia Qi took over and resumed serving us. Richard, another friendly and helpful staff member, also recommended suitable roll-up storage bags for us. It was a very productive and efficient shopping experience.
