Utterly disappointed in the service. Though I have been going a few times, this time the whole process was completely different and was the worst service I have ever experienced. The extraction was only done on my nose, unlike my previous session which offered full-face extraction. The mask applied by the therapist was totally unacceptable; it didn't even cover my full face. Moreover, the mask did not even adhere properly to my face. The face and shoulder "massage" was merely a gentle touch-and-go. Overall, their skills were simply lousy and slipshod, and they simply went through the motions.

Very relaxed and cozy experience at Dona Beauty! I had the magic BIFU eye treatment, and I instantly saw results: my eyes were brightened, and my eye bags have seemingly lessened after just one session. Will definitely be back again!
