Just started rental today, served by Adam Lee. Learning about the T&C and viewing the rented unit went really smoothly. Adam is a good listener and answers questions very well. I don't have any special storage needs; I just want a freely accessible space for my home contents during renovation.

Never thought that I would need a storage space outside my house until we needed to renovate our home. The staff at Extraspace were very friendly and chatty. We were served by Wee Teng (Toh Guan) and Jessica (IMM). Both explained the pros and cons of their facilities and tried to understand our needs. In the end, we chose the IMM facility as it was air-conditioned.

First time renting storage space. The quotation was instantaneous, and I quickly made an appointment to view the unit. My Customer Service representative was Raul Low. He was good! Thank you, Raul! He patiently answered my queries, and this is why I started the lease the very next day instead of paying a deposit first to reserve the unit. It was fuss-free all the way, seriously!
