The person in charge informed me of every detail about renting the storage, as I asked her for two different storage sizes. She brought me to view them, and I picked the one I chose to rent. Great help! 👍👍

We had been searching for very reliable storage, and we found Extra Space Storage. Dyan was very helpful and showed us all the available storage and the different sizes. We felt very happy with her service. We managed to get good storage at a good price.

Though 24hr access, previously you could access through the L2 carpark. You can no longer do so after 10pm. You will have to go through the cargo lift that’s pretty near to Burger King, located at L1.

I was attended to by Sri, whose attitude was terrible. He was rude and arrogant, and spoke as though the world owed him a living. Fortunately, Dyan took over, and her service was excellent. She even apologised for Sri's bad attitude.
