Today, May 25, 2025, we came to M1 IMM to buy a new mobile plan and were attended by Sheryl at counter 2. As my husband and I are new to M1, we were quite lost and unsure of what to expect. Sheryl was very patient, attending to our many queries. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She advised us step by step until we fully understood.
