I was at the store on Sunday at noon. I was looking for a pair of running shoes that fit me and my budget. The young gentleman, Piravi (hope I got the name right), was busy tagging the shoes. I inquired about one pair, and then another. He was patient despite being interrupted twice. Knowing my needs, he recommended me a pair that fit perfectly. I left with my purchase. Thanks, Piravi.

A good place to shop for discounted New Balance shoes.

Please take action regarding the staff. He was on duty today (March 24, 2024, at 1 PM). While we were exploring the shoes, he pushed me and rearranged the shoe boxes. I was standing beside him and had to wait for him. So rude, and he showed no manners. The time I was looking at that shoe was probably around 3 minutes. The Malay guy. So disappointed.

The staff at IMM outlets are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The female staff, in particular, are clearly passionate about their work. We were unsure what model of walking shoes to buy, but they explained everything to us clearly. We managed to buy 2 pairs of running/walking shoes and a T-shirt. We were there around 11:30 AM on June 29, Thursday. We are happy with our purchase. 👍

I'm not angry. I'm just really really sad. As a runner, I'm really picky about shoes, so finding the perfect pair is really rare and difficult. I found a pair that I really really liked, and there were only two left in stock. I grabbed a pair and handed it to the counter staff, asking to reserve it so we could buy it after grabbing a meal. I came back 30 minutes later, and the shoe was gone; apparently, it had been sold to someone else. The staff were really nice, and I appreciate that they searched for the shoe for me. Thank you for trying. I'm just really really sad and disappointed because it's going to take me ages to find another perfect pair that fits me.

My favourite place to buy jogging shoes at a discount. Loved the range offered here and great discounts all the time.

They offer great deals on high-quality shoes and clothing items. I purchased a t-shirt and a pair of shorts at a 40% discount. I love their shirts because the material isn't too thin. A particular brand's shirts are light and comfortable, but too thin and rip easily, which is why I prefer New Balance and Uniqlo for t-shirts.
