Bought the sofa six months ago. Lately, it's been making a cracking sound. I called for after-sales service, but the representative was unfriendly. They blamed me, saying I should handle the sofa with care, not jump on it, and must sit on it gently. OMG!!! I didn't want to argue much and just wanted the sofa fixed. I will never ever go back to this store anymore. I still tried to be kind and texted back to thank the sales guy for helping, but received no reply at all.

Item ordered was not the same as delivered. Their service recovery is super slow. They are taking their sweet time to settle my issue. One month has passed, and still nothing has been done.

Excellent service overall, with smooth and accommodating delivery of new furniture and dismantling of old furniture by the first team, to allow for a timely cleaning before the second team arrived with the rest of the new furniture! Highly recommend 😊
