The old lady there was very, very helpful. She helped me locate the store that had my luggage. She was very polite and kind. Such service is not even available in most luxury stores.

Salesperson Shirley is very patient and attentive to my queries. Manager Win is a very nice and reasonable manager who makes sure all needs are met. Will definitely go back there again. Kudos to their service! Prices are reasonable with discounts.

Good place, decent collection, and an excellent saleswoman. She was not at all pushy and was very knowledgeable about the products in the showroom. Got some vouchers for future purchases. Not sure about the longevity of the products, as they were recently bought, but will update in due time. Looks and feels like good quality, though, and it has a 3-year warranty (American Tourister).

Prices online are so much cheaper than at this outlet store. The sales assistant just brushed me off when I asked if there was a promotion. The price indicated is the original price. So, what's the point of it being an outlet store…

It was one of the worst customer service experiences I had. The sales girl was simply ignoring the customers and busy with her hair grooming in front of the mirror, followed by talking to another sales girl and giving rude replies to customers when assistance was requested. Too bad.

I've bought online a couple of times. I want to return my last purchase. After many emails and a promise to come and pick it up — still waiting. I even offered to go to the store, and still no answer. Worst after-sales and customer service ever. A pity; the products are fine.

Made a trip down specifically to check out some luggage. However, I was met with unfriendly service. The short-haired lady on shift was extremely unhelpful, often making sarcastic remarks in response to my questions and comments. When I asked for the price of a specific piece of luggage, she said it could be found on the tags. But the tags were hidden on the pieces I was looking at. I didn't end up getting anything, as prices online were better. I won't bother returning.
