I think all outlets are well-organized and standard. No long queue, probably it's not a hot spot.

A small area with a lunchtime queue makes it difficult to write at the desk. It's better to queue and fill up your numbers before buying.

So happy that I got 4D prize money. So I went to Jem NTUC to get the money. But the cashier told me that I could not get the money 💰💰! Why? Because their machine hadn't been upgraded yet! I asked her where I should go in the Jurong Area. She told me to go to IMM. I took a bus to IMM (Singapore Pools). The cashier at IMM Singapore Pools provided very good service! Thanks so much!

The skinny staff likes to ask customers to buy the Big Sweep and Hong Pao, even when customers refuse. This is a hard sell. It's spoiling our mood 😡😡😡…
