It's located on the 2nd floor of IMM, Jurong East, near the IMM road junction. This building has a convenient car park. The 1st floor has many food courts and jewellery shops. Everyone can spend their valuable time with valuable persons. And now, for Singapore Pools, it's on the 2nd floor, as I've already mentioned. It looks "short and sweet." Everything is very easily accessible, and the staff are very friendly people. If you're lucky, you can win your prize money from here because many people have received their 4D and TOTO prizes from here. Thank you, and please check out this place if you go to IMM.

Last week, I went to your indoor pool. This old woman was so rude. She asked me to speak loudly. This woman is old; she should go get her ears checked, lah. Why are you shouting at people? I've seen her a few times; she's very rude. She has no manners and doesn't know how to provide customer service.

It's probably the hottest SPPL outlet in the West. Day in, day out, long queues form. Yet the counter staff members are always cool as cucumbers and ever cheerful. I'm not sure how many BIG winners the outlet produced, but hope is hope, and there were many hopeful faces today (October 4, 2023).

Two extremely rude staff members were at the counter on February 10, 2022, around 6:45 PM. They showed no patience. It was my first time buying, and the staff members spoke to me so rudely when I politely told them what I wanted. They even scolded me because I did not know what to do. I know the queue was long, but that does not give them the right to treat customers like this. Store Manager, please do something about this.

Visited this Jem outlet on Sunday evening, November 17th, and was attended by a very ill-mannered aunt. Hope this center is able to get better service staff to attend to customers.
