Staff do not know their product well.
I contacted their store in the morning at 11:05 AM and told a staff member that I would like to change one of the wire baskets, BC-450BS, to a smaller version, as my kitchen cabinet hinges would not be able to fit with the third basket. Believing the tracks should be the same, I asked the staff if I only needed to bring back the item for exchange, and he replied, "Okay."
When I brought it back to the store the same day, the very same staff member, in his 20s, told me that the track also had to be returned. I told him he was the one who informed me it was okay not to bring back the tracks, but he argued and replied, "This is not my business." Luckily, a senior and experienced staff member took over after hearing the commotion, and he informed me no track needed to be returned.
This is very sad and disappointing to see how a Song-Cho staff member could reply with such a sentence to a customer.

As our HDB unit will be going through HIP soon, we came to visit Song Cho based on a recommendation from our relatives that their products are of good quality and will not rust after many years. We were served by Mr. Anthony, who is experienced and professional in giving suggestions on how to improve our toilets so that they are elderly-friendly. Products have a lifetime warranty, and I will definitely recommend Song Cho to everyone.
