Bad customer service. I chose wire binding, but it was not bound properly. Some holes were so close to the edge that the paper would drop off. The one who punched the hole was the China Lady. I went back to rebind, but they came up with many excuses to avoid redoing the job. They ended up redoing the job but did not do it properly as well (they punched the hole on the wrong side and reused some of my original copy which was filled with punched holes that were close to the edge). They then offered to reprint at an additional charge. Bad service and poor quality. I am definitely not going back there again to waste my time and money. What a scam company. Go at your own risk!

Never have I dealt with a printer more unhelpful than this. Paid $60 to print 2 A1 Posters. Artwork submitted on a Thursday afternoon; I was asked to pay for express service to receive same-day 8 PM delivery but declined since the office closes at 6 PM. Went down the next morning, after it was verbally agreed it would be done, only to hear the poster would only be ready at 9 PM. Despite the poster not being printed, they were unwilling to refund or allow us to expedite the printing. And to top it off, the owner Eddie kept yelling. We paid $60 for printing a poster that can be done in 30 minutes. This, combined with their poor attitude, means we will ultimately end up with a poster that cannot be used. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Bad customer service and overpriced! Don't bother going there to print. The website states that they open from 10 AM to 10 PM. I went there at 1 PM, and the shop was empty. I called, and no one picked up. I emailed a shop representative named Eddie Hor, and he said that the shop would open at 4:30 PM. I went back at 4:30 PM, and the shop was still closed. I called him, and he said to wait 30 minutes because he was on the way?! They open as and when they like! They let customers wait.
They charged $8 for one A4, double-sided, color brochure!
In the end, I got it printed for just $2 at Queenstown Ultra Supplies. Go to Ultra Supplies! Good service and it's cheaper.

The absolute worst business I have ever encountered. They are supposed to be open at 3 PM. I arrived at 3:25 PM. The doors were open, but the owner was not there. One of the employees said that he is always late. Completely unprofessional. If I could put zero stars, I would. I needed to urgently print papers. Do not go there. Horrible business practice, hard to call it an actual business…

I had two important documents to print. I called them beforehand to ask for the price and was told 1 page = $1. Their location is very far and hard to find, as it is in a warehouse at the carpark. However, when I arrived, I was told the minimum charge was $5. This really wasted my time and energy walking over, as they could have told me about it when I called.

Great guy, helpful and very nice! At $1 per page for B&W, it's maybe a little expensive in my opinion, but at least it's quick, easy, and hassle-free. It's not super easy to find because Google Maps doesn't give you the exact pin, but you have to enter Kopitiam and go all the way to the left corner, into an alley, to find the shop.

This place is located at IMM Level 3, next to Kopitiam. Walk into Kopitiam and turn into the alley between Mala Xiang Guo and Herbal Soup. Mr Eddie is the nicest and most patient person ever! Do visit for your printing needs.

Good printing quality for my son's school work, even for small text, at a reasonable price. The staff member is also friendly and patient in understanding customer requirements. The shop was not easy to locate, so do visit their website before going.

I am a person who has been going to them to get my school assignments printed. They just gave me 5 cents per page for black and white, and their ink is of very high quality.
It just costs me about $2.50 to get an assignment printed.
Highly recommended for those needing cheap and quality papers and print services.

The printing quality is good, as usual, for the type of normal printing I do. However, it is really hard to find the location. Please ignore the directions on Google Maps; they will only bring you to the general vicinity, not the exact destination.
More Detailed Directions:
Go directly to Level 3 using the lift (Lobby B). Upon exiting the lift, you will see a Choo... (selling bathroom equipment) on your right-hand side. There will also be a car park exit; take that exit. You will see a "Warehouse" sign hanging there. When you see the sign, don't be confused (like I was); just go directly into the warehouse, which is located on the left-hand side of the exit. Then, follow the Pink Zone, and you will find #117 (that's the shop).

Directions:
From Lobby D, take the Level 3 lift. Turn left, and you should see a 'warehouse' sign. Turn right all the way to the sliding door and enter. Keep walking, as the printing shop is at the end of the pink zone. (You will not see the pink zone sign immediately; you will see the green and orange zones sign. Keep going until you see the pink zone, then just follow. Hopefully, this will bring you to the shop.)

If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars. Hidden gem. I couldn't find the place, but detailed directions were provided after calling Eddie. Shoutout to Eddie, who is friendly and provides excellent customer service. I had trouble with the measurements, and he offered to help us edit them to make sure everything was PERFECT.
