Small store but unbeatable prices. All the staff were helpful, except for a large tomboy whom I found kind of rude and rushed. Maybe it wasn't her day, or she's just like that normally. Anyway, it's very crowded during weekends and sale periods.

50% storewide discount?
I went into the shop thinking I was going to enjoy significant savings and happily bought two pairs of shoes to meet the terms for the discount.
Upon checking out, I realized that the discount was based on the original price. That didn't make sense to me.
One pair of shoes, currently priced at $188.10, had an original price of $209.
Another pair was priced at $84.50, with an original price of $169. I ended up paying $189.00 for the two pairs of shoes.
Why did I even need to buy two pairs if the pair I wanted, already priced at $84.50, didn't receive any additional discount?
At other outlet stores in Imm, the discount is based on the already marked-down price, so I was really surprised.

My husband and I were attended by very helpful and patient personnel named Hidayah. My husband had a very difficult time deciding on the items he wanted to buy. Hidayah was so patient to explain and attend to my husband's choice of items that he wanted to buy. She went the extra mile in searching and suggesting suitable items for my husband, and also multitasking with other inquiries from other customers. Two thumbs up and a good job to Hidayah for her excellent service.

Services felt like they were from a third world country. Staff literally had no smiles, and their attitude was utterly rude. I felt like I was begging instead of buying. It was a horrible experience.

Excellent customer service from Zhi Wei. I called the IMM branch and made some inquiries as I needed to make an exchange. For some reason, I could not return to the outlet where I originally bought the boots. The line was passed to Zhi Wei. He was very polite, patient, and a really helpful guy. Even though the boots were not purchased at IMM, he sincerely helped me out with the exchange. He went the extra mile to get the size that I wanted from another outlet (IMM didn't have the stock). He even brought back two pairs for me to choose. He patiently waited until I made my choice, no pressure at all. I felt so grateful and happy. Thank you, Zhi Wei, for the professional service.
